The winery and vineyard are located just 10 minutes from the NE side of Bloomington. Our philosophy has always been to use Indiana-grown grapes in the belief that wine is a reflection of the climate, the soil, and the people who grow the grapes. Our vineyard is located within the northern boundaries of the proposed Indiana Uplands viticultural area. This region in south central Indiana produces wines of distinctive character. The grape varieties we grow include: Chambourcin, Chardonel, Vignoles, Cabernet Franc and Vidal. We make our wine in small batches using stainless steel tanks for the fermentation and bulk aging of the majority of our wines. In addition, we use small American Oak barrels for the fermentation of our Chardonel & aging of our Ruby Port and the dry Chambourcin wines. Our friendly staff will be happy to give you a tour of our wine cellar and production area, just ask! During your visit, enjoy the vineyard experience to the fullest. Sample our wonderful award winning wines and take a relaxing stroll through our vineyard. Be sure to save time for a picnic in the vineyard or on our spacious deck. We offer a variety of crackers, both domestic & imported cheeses, and also summer sausage & salami by Indiana's own Graham Farms. We offer bottle carryout and free wine tasting daily (even on Sundays). Consider our 10% to 20% discounts on multiple bottle purchases. Imported and domestic cheeses, sausage, and a variety of crackers are available for picnics and gift baskets. At our In-Town location, we also stock Southern Indiana's largest selection of homebrewing and winemaking supplies. We offer nearly everything you'll need to make beer & wine whether you are an experienced homebrewer or winemaker or just getting started. You can even shop securely on the internet at our webstore. Sunday Sales We sell wine on Sundays! Some people may not realize that Indiana wineries are allowed to sell bottled wine on Sundays for carry out. So don't get caught without wine on Sundays when friends show up. Remember us the next time Sunday turns up dry. All 3 locations are open Noon to 6 on Sundays.
